Schedule: First Shift, Flexible Hours - 40 hrs / week
SummaryWe’re seeking a Digital Operations Support Analyst to join a leading global manufacturing organization’s Strategic Procurement & Planning Division. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Special Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple procurement and supply chain applications, providing Level 2 support, resolving incidents, and assisting with new feature testing to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Serve as the SPOC for digital applications, providing expert-level support.
- Triage and resolve incidents in Service Now, ensuring closure within SLA timelines.
- Maintain stakeholder communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on application changes and improvements.
- 5+ years in customer service or digital application support.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
