Should have a sound understanding of Policy Center Data Model, Guidewire Rating Engine, Policy Center Product Model, Policy Center Workflows and Agency Management
Should have configured three or more Products in Guidewire Policy Center
Must have 5+ years of strong Java J2EE development experience
Web service experience , Spring Core and MVC , Hibernate
Should have hands on Experience in Methodologies like Scaled Agile , Agile, Test Driven Development
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills :
Team player with the ability to work in varied team structures (e.g. technical, non-technical, virtual)
Effectively deal with frequent changes to assignments, project scope, technical, date
Excellent written and oral communication skills
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree
