Automation Tester

Ensures software quality by designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated test frameworks for enterprise applications.

• Automation of functional and regression test cases, test script development, defect tracking, API test automation.
• Knowledge on core CM/UM systems
  
  ACMP/HIP workflow validation or equivalent market solutions.
• CI/CD pipeline test execution, Selenium/Java automation, test data creation, and integration test support.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for both new and existing features.
• Validate payer workflows such as authorizations, referrals, and concurrent reviews.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation testing between payer core systems and external interfaces.
• Execute cross-system integration testing involving external vendors, EDI gateways, and partner APIs.

• Languages/Tools: C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation scripting.
• Automation Frameworks:
  Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Spec Flow, Cucumber, TestNG, or NUnit.
• API Testing:
  Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, Rest Assured.
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or Azure SQL – strong in writing SQL queries for data validation.
• CI/CD:
  Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI.
• Cloud Platforms:
  Azure (preferred) – experience testing applications deployed on Azure App Service, AKS, or Azure Functions or equivalent Cloud functions.
• Defect Tracking & Test Management: JIRA, Azure Dev Ops Test Plans, Zephyr, or Test Rail.
• Performance Testing: JMeter, Blaze Meter, or k6 (preferred).
• Version Control:
  Git / Bitbucket.

• Execute scripts, write basic automation, understand frameworks, follow test plans, work under guidance.
• Build automation frameworks, improve stability, integrate APIs, handle CI/CD automation, mentor juniors.
• Architect automation solutions, lead automation strategy, optimize CI pipelines, ensure high coverage, collaborate cross‑team.
• Enterprise‑wide automation governance, select tools, define standards, drive automation roadmap, ensure ROI, manage test accelerators.

• B.E/B Tech.
• Experience:
  
  12–15 years.
