- Develop and maintain current and future state process documentation.
- Create and present division assets, reports, and other supporting materials to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Communicate, elicit, decompose, and document problem statements and requirements using business analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, user communities, and global/enterprise‑level teams to advocate for enterprise needs and priorities.
- Support project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Organize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while supporting both remote, geographically dispersed, and on‑site clients.
- Drive projects forward independently while actively participating in team collaboration and decision‑making.
- Leverage basic knowledge of SQL to support data‑driven analysis and business solutions.
- Travel as needed within the Continental U.S. (up to 10%) to support client engagements.
- Five (5) or more years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or an additional four (4) years of related experience.
- Must hold an active top secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a top secret clearance.
- Must be a proactive, self‑motivated professional with a results‑driven mindset who takes initiative to drive projects and positive change, thriving both independently and in a collaborative, team‑focused environment.
- Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques, including use case modeling, business rule capture, problem decomposition, and process mapping, with demonstrated ability to communicate, elicit, decompose, and document requirements effectively.
- Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including process documentation, development and presentation of division assets, and support for testing and quality assurance functions.
- Proven ability to advocate for stakeholders, engage user communities, and collaborate across global or enterprise‑level teams.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously while supporting the enterprise needs of various remote and on‑site clients.
- Flexibility to travel within the Continental U.S. up to 10% of the time.
- Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Prior logistics, DoD/military, and/or government contracting experience.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CAPM, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
