We are a growing Managed Services Provider delivering IT support, security, and network solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. We’re expanding and looking for a System Administrator with MSP experience who can take responsibility for client environments, assist with projects, and grow into more advanced infrastructure work.

• Act as a Level 2 resource for escalated tickets involving desktops, servers, networking, and cloud platforms
• Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, printers, and endpoint security
• Assist with server maintenance, patching, and basic configuration tasks
• Participate in migrations, deployments, and project work under senior guidance
• Document technical work accurately in PSA and RMM tools
• Deliver excellent client communication and service while managing multiple environments

• Two to four years of experience in a Managed Services Provider
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills across Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking
• Experience with Autotask, Datto, IT Glue, or similar MSP tools preferred
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and switches (Watch Guard or Barracuda a plus)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• A reliable, self‑driven mindset and a passion for learning new technologies
