Personal Injury Attorney
TEC Group is helping a law firm client look for a Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing law practice based in Naperville. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience handling personal injury cases and be ready to take ownership of their own caseload.
Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Manage a range of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Work closely with clients to guide them through each stage of the legal process
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- 2–4 years of experience in personal injury law
- Licensed to practice in Illinois and in good standing
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills
- Excellent client communication and time management
