Associate Attorney – Workers' Compensation & Personal Injury

Marker Law, LLC is a growing firm specializing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law.

The firm provides representation for clients who have been seriously injured on the job, in car accidents, due to slip and falls, or from others' negligence. Committed to client-centered service, the attorneys take the time to understand each client's individual needs while advocating vigorously on their behalf. The firm is dedicated to helping clients secure maximum justice.

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney position located in Naperville, IL. The Associate Attorney will handle Personal Injury and some Workers' Compensation cases, conduct legal research, provide legal advice, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The role involves drafting legal documents, preparing for hearings and depositions, preparing cases for trial, trying cases, and/or negotiating settlements with insurance carriers or other attorneys, all while communicating effectively with our clients.

• Demonstrated ability to provide legal advice and engage actively in negotiation to represent clients effectively.
• Strong skills in conducting thorough research and legal analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong motivation to succeed and build a career in this field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Illinois.
• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law.
