In-House Attorney
Epic’s in‑house attorney positions are located at our campus in Madison, WI, and require relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Your role will support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide. You’ll also be involved in challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and managing litigation.
Your responsibilities will grow rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our dynamic industry.

Qualifications- Strong academic and professional background
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
- Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
