Our Sr Product Manager for C-Armor is instrumental in working towards our purpose every day! The Senior Product Manager will lead growth and innovation within C-Armor. This role is central to our mission of supporting caregivers and protecting patients.
As the category leader, this position will own the global strategy for the product line, driving market expansion, optimizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs while achieving revenue and margin goals.
This position requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands‑on execution, with the ability to influence teams and deliver results without direct authority. Success will be measured by your ability to translate insights into actionable plans, strengthen market presence, and continuously improve performance within the category.
This position can work remotely within the US, but must be available to travel to any of our sites in the US, as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Marketing strategy
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of a high‑impact product category.
- Drive innovation and growth in domestic markets through product development and portfolio optimization.
- Identify and pursue international expansion opportunities to increase global footprint.
- Own and evolve the pricing strategy to balance profitability with volume growth, ensuring competitive market positioning.
- Identify and implement cost improvement opportunities including sourcing, packaging, and operational efficiencies.
- Lead and support sustaining projects to ensure continued product relevance, quality, and profitability over time.
- Collaborate within key work systems such as portfolio review, segment review, and Pre‑Discovery to shape strategic priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Focus
- Conduct market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis to inform category strategy and product development.
- Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.

- Analyze sales data and trends and make recommendations for action.
- Develop and manage the budgetary and forecasting processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of product and/or marketing management related experience
