Position Overview

This position would be a great fit for someone that enjoys providing knowledge and supervision to staff around clinical programming in a correctional setting. If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy implementing new programs, procedures and want to utilize your organizational skills, this may be the job for you. You will get an opportunity to expand your knowledge around correctional programming, risk assessments, and implementation of new programs while ensuring all required responsibilities are met by the department.

Essential Functions
  • Plans, coordinates, and directs clinical services in the areas of staff, personnel, issues, problem solving, technical interpretation issues and fiscal matters.
  • Serves as full line supervisor.
  • Oversee the coordination of staff conducting a comprehensive risk, assets and needs assessments, case plans and evaluation of clinical programming.
  • Serves as coordinator and supervisor of the Drug Treatment program.
  • Serves as a member of various institution committees including the Policy Review and Employees Recognition programs.
  • Interprets and enforces the Department Rules and administrative directives as they apply to the functions of Clinical Staff, Field Services, and Records Office.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires education and experience equivalent to a master's degree in the behavioral or social sciences.
