Senior Manager - Digital Engineering

Position Overview International Motors is seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Manager, Digital Engineering to lead the engineering teams responsible for delivering and supporting critical digital platforms that power our customers, dealers, operations, and enterprise business capabilities.

This highly visible leadership role combines technology strategy, engineering leadership, organizational development, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will manage multiple engineering disciplines while defining the future architecture, modernization strategy, and technology roadmap for a portfolio of applications and platforms.

Responsibilities Senior Manager, Digital Engineering is responsible for building organizational capability, developing talent, improving engineering maturity, and ensuring teams possess the skills necessary to support current and future technology needs.

Strategic Technology Leadership Help Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of critical applications and digital platforms.

Assist Drive modernization initiatives focused on cloud adoption, APIs, platform scalability, automation, and operational excellence.

Partner with business, digital and technology leaders to align technology investments with strategic business objectives.

Evaluate emerging technologies and establish long-term architectural direction.

Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical debt, security requirements, and platform sustainability.

Digital Engineering Leadership Assist in leading and coordinating cross-functional digital engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting applications.

Oversee the design and implementation of application architecture and overall solution development.

Partner with engineering teams to develop and implement a robust set of services, APIs, integrations, and reusable components that power digital products and business capabilities.

Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including Agile delivery, Dev Ops, CI/CD automation, observability, automated testing, and platform reliability engineering.

Establish technical standards, architecture governance, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Capability Leadership Lead and develop teams across multiple engineering disciplines, including:

Full Stack Engineering Configuration Engineering Application Development Platform Engineering Application Support Dev Ops Quality  Assurance and Test Automation Production and System OperationsAPI and Integration Services Technical Architecture People Leadership Assist to Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering talent.

Build an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-focused engineering culture.

Establish career development plans and succession strategies.

Coach managers, technical leads, and engineers to achieve their full potential.

Foster transparency, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of information systems/information technology experience
