Secondary Operations Supervisor

This hands-on leadership position offers the perfect blend of technical expertise, process management, and team coordination.

• Lead and optimize multiple secondary operations, including manual assembly, air-operated fixtures, indexing fixtures, inspection systems, fitment capping/sealing, and ultrasonic welding
• Assign quality technicians to appropriate work centers and establish production rates
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively address production targets
• Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting for work orders
• Ensure work centers and department areas remain clean, organized, and efficient
• Manage inventory of secondary materials following FIFO protocols
• Perform equipment maintenance, repairs, and changeovers as needed
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Oversee special projects including sorting operations and laser marking

• Manufacturing supervision experience, preferably in a production environment
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting various equipment
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Data-driven mindset for tracking and analyzing production metrics
