Grain Elevator Superintendent
Pay Range: $21 - $23 / hour
About the RoleWe are seeking a Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day activities at the bean side of our Milmine facility. This hands‑on role is critical to ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality grain handling operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee grain receiving, shipping, handling, conditioning, and grading
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and grain quality control
- Prepare for and manage rail loading operations
- Operate and help maintain grain elevator equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs
- Uphold and enforce safety and housekeeping standards
- Previous experience in grain elevator or agricultural facility operations preferred, but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working at heights (4ft - 25ft) and climbing ladders daily
- Ability to direct others and communicate effectively
- Commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
