Electrical Assembler

Position Title: Electrical Assembler

Wage: $19-$20/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-2:30pm

• Assemble electrical components, panels, and systems according to schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
• Cut, strip, and terminate wires; install connectors, terminals, and other electrical hardware
• Solder, crimp, braze, or weld connections to secure electrical terminals as required
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
• Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting on assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions
• Maintain organized workstations and proper documentation of completed work
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with welding, brazing, or soldering
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Manufacturing or production setting with adherence to safety protocols
  
  May involve standing for long periods, bending, and handling electrical components and assemblies
