CNC Operator - 3rd Shift MC

  Full‑Time, Hourly (Non‑Exempt)
• Work Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM
• Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)
• Shift Premium: +$2.00 per hour for 3rd Shift

• Reports To:
  
  Production Supervisor

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical specifications
• Ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements through inspection and measurement
• Perform minor troubleshooting and make routine equipment adjustments as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and use basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records
• Keep work area clean and organized following 5S standards
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support team and production goals

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Self‑motivation with ability to work independently
• Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset
• Basic computer and math skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• Demonstrated stable work history with minimal employment gaps Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Required to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending and stooping required
• Must have the dexterity to handle small objects
• Must be able to work in noisy environments
