Springfield Plastics Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic drainage products, is hiring Factory Line Workers at its Auburn, Illinois facility. Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment along the production line
- Inspect products for defects and ensure consistent quality
- Package finished products for shipping and distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any production issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Starting pay: $17–$20/hour
