CNC Process Engineer / CNC Programmer/ CNC Manufacturing Engineer Join a team where your technical skills drive precision and innovation. As a CNC Machining Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in turning concepts into reality by developing CNC programs, optimizing CNC manufacturing processes, and guiding machinists through initial runs. This is more than just programming job-it’s about being the go-to expert in a cutting‑edge machining environment where you will work on the floor to drive ongoing improvements to CNC machining processes with a leading privately‑held manufacturer that has been a go‑to source of large CNC machining, gear and spline cutting, and high precision prototypes to clients for more than 75 years.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop CNC programs and manufacturing processes from blueprints and specs.
  • Guide CNC machinists through setups and first batch productions.
  • Manage tooling strategies, conduct time studies, and reduce production waste.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and toolkits.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and refine machining processes.
About You
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Skilled in G-code programming and interpreting complex blueprints.
  • Process engineering experience with floor support in a CNC machining production environment.
  • Experienced in using advanced measuring instruments and geometric tolerancing.
  • Adept at identifying and coaching machinist improvement areas.
  • Familiar with Plex software and 5S methodologies.
