Associate, Production; 1st Shift Pool

General Description Summary

The Associate, Production will perform duties to operate manual and/or automated equipment to complete assembly of aerosol cans.

• Operate automated machines as specified on work order
• Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves minor issues with equipment, devices or products
• Visually checks components and/or completed product for damage and to maintain quality standards
• Follows all safety rules
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma preferred
• Supervisory Responsibilities

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $17.00 per hour in our lowest geographic market up to $17.00 per hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
