This position reports to the Production / Warehouse Supervisor and will work in Litchfield, IL
.

As a Student Worker in the Litchfield, IL team, you will be involved in assembling, packaging, and picking to fill customer orders. You play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production and distribution of products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall operations.

• Assembles and packages parts to fill customer orders
• Picks and packs products as needed to fill customer orders, utilizing cart or pack stations
• Requires use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Solid experience in production and warehouse environments
• Experience assembling and packaging parts to fill customer orders
• Picks and packs products to fill customer orders using carts or pack stations
• Requires use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Basic math skills – Counting inventory, measuring materials, and verifying shipments
• Physical stamina – Ability to stand for long periods, lift packages, and perform repetitive tasks

• Problem-solving – Identifying issues in assembly, packaging, or order fulfillment and finding solutions
• Communication skills – Understanding instructions and conveying information effectively

• Availability – Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed
• Physical capability – Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer literacy – Using scanners, inventory systems, or tracking software may be required
• Safety awareness – Understanding and following workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Reliable transportation – Ability to commute to and from the distribution center
