• Operate machinery to assist in the production process.
• Assemble materials and equipment as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality control.
• Assist in loading raw materials onto production lines and transport them between stations.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
• Meet production targets and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Check, sort, package, label, paste, snip, tie, or trim items manually or by machine.
• Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as required.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.
• Self‑driven, hard worker, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
• Ability to withstand hot temperatures in the production plant.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify production issues.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Pay Range $20.70 - $25.30).
