Schedule:

Monday - Friday 4pm-3:30pm. This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with a lean mentality while meeting production goals is required.

• Supervising, leading, and training warehouse employees.
• Maintain and surpass production goals.
• Monitor beginning-to-end production of projects.
• Ensure successful flow of production; communicate end-of-day production to Supervisor.
• Fill in as Supervisor as needed.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS Software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database is preferred.

GED or High School Diploma. College experience or degree is a plus. Language

Skills:

English – Written / Oral is required. Spanish – Written / Oral is a plus, but not required.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to determine root causes and corrective actions.

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand; walk; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl.
• Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons.
• Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.

Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and is required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion. Frequently required to talk, hear, stand, and walk. Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required. Noise level ranges from quiet to moderately loud. Exposes moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
