• Weld structural steel parts as specified by drawings or prints.
• Safely produce quality products in a timely manner.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Obtain and maintain all required welding certifications.
• Work any shift, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Coordinate with other departments and work independently or collaboratively.
• Pass a site‑specific weld test during the interview process.
• Undergo background check, fitness for duty exam, and required drug screens.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Welding certification from a college, technical, or trade school, or at least two years of welding experience in an industrial environment.

• Experience with air arc gouging and plasma torch usage.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Proficiency reading measuring devices (tape measures, gauges, micrometers).
• Experience reading blueprints and welding symbols.
• Understanding of common weld defects.
• Experience operating a standard overhead crane.

Starting pay rate $21.19 per hour plus a weekly production bonus. Typical total annual pay around $78,000.
