Position Summary
As a Laborer you will be responsible for assisting in plant activities as needed by performing a variety of duties. This position also delivers on our core focus of:

- Locates and transports loads of sheets to the feed section of the machine. Places handfuls of sheets on the feed table and feeds individual sheets into the machine. Removes finished product from take away section of the machine and stacks onto conveyors.
- Follow production schedules to meet production goals and client deadlines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on materials to ensure they meet Plant Quality Standards. Maintain a clean working environment.
- Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork as directed.
- Work closely with the production team to assist the flow of materials and products. Assist team as necessary and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and plant management.

- Ability to frequently stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Ability to regularly lift 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus.
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.

Education and Experience:
- 18 years of age or older
- GED or high school diploma, 1-3 months experience or combination of education and experience
- Mathematical skills required for counting, measuring, reading, and converting data.
- Ability to read and utilize measurement devices accurately.
