Job Summary

Cleaning and sanitizing areas in a manufacturing environment. 8‑hour days, 5 days a week, unionized industrial environment. Sign‑on bonus available: $2,500 for day shift hire and $3,500 for night shift hire, paid over a 1‑year period.

Sanitation team, Gibson City, IL.

• Handling cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Running floor scrubbers.
• Sweeping and mopping areas.
• Following daily checklists.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work safely, including proper use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and steel‑toed shoes.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to hot and cold conditions.
• Good physical health.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to determine proper tools and equipment needed to perform a task.
