Responsibilities- Operate CNC machinery to fabricate components that adhere to precise engineering specifications.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all parts meet strict tolerance requirements.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and equipment adjustments to maximize machine uptime and efficiency.
- Interpret complex blueprints and utilize precision measuring tools to verify component accuracy.
- Maintain detailed production logs and quality documentation to ensure process transparency.
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace by consistently applying 5S methodology.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational protocols to foster a secure production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to interpret technical blueprints and written work instructions.
- Foundational computer literacy and mathematical aptitude.
- Strong initiative with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Demonstrated history of reliability, punctuality, and consistent work performance.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with CNC machine operation and basic maintenance.
