In this role, you will support daily production operations by sorting and packing parts, preparing cartons and packaging materials, and assisting machine operators with production needs. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is willing to help wherever needed to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

• Sort and organize small parts according to production requirements
• Inspect parts for quality and report any defects or issues
• Pack finished products into cartons and prepare them for shipment
• Assemble and label boxes and packaging materials
• Assist machine operators by supplying materials and removing completed parts
• Help prepare workstations and production areas before and during production runs
• Count, weigh, and verify parts to ensure accurate packaging
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Support other departments as needed to meet production goals

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Previous production, packing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
