Furniture Assembler

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions and established procedures.
• Operate basic hand and power tools, including drills and impact drivers.
• Read tape measures and use digital calipers as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain consistent production output while prioritizing accuracy and quality.
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and report quality or production concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and handle materials as required.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, depending on shift
• 12-Hour Day or Night Shifts | Rotating Days & Weekends
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
