Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Located in Red Bud, Illinois, RMF provides a full range of in-house capabilities including structural and pipe fabrication, electrical assembly, panel building, and complete modular unit assembly.

This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign‑on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Reporting to the Fabrication Team Leader, this position will be performing various structural welds and fitting for all of our unitized systems (can lines).

• Consistently weld structural and carbon steel in 3G, 4G, and 2F fillet weld using FCAW, GMAW, and GMAW-spray.
• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits including, but not limited to: forklifts, overhead cranes, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of lay out, positioning, aligning, and securing parts and assemblies prior to assembly.
• Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
