Royal is seeking a 2nd shift Fabric Technician in Illinois to operate fabrication processes and form parts per customer specifications. You will lay up materials, verify molds, and ensure correct kits and backing, following planners and work orders.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–1am. Compensation is $20.35 per hour, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment.
