Machine Operator GHB

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Operator to join our team in Hebron, Illinois. This role is responsible for operating assigned equipment, maintaining product quality, following established work instructions, and supporting a safe and efficient production process. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and works well as part of a team.

• $19.50/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm
• Located in Hebron, Illinois

• Operate assigned production equipment according to product-specific work instructions and manufacturing updates
• Monitor product quality and inspect parts using established quality samples and standards
• Report quality concerns, non-conforming products, and excessive scrap to the appropriate supervisor or quality personnel
• Accurately document scrap and maintain required production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and abnormal operating conditions immediately
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality procedures
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OH&S standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, auditors, quality personnel, and fellow operators regarding production and quality concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to identify and report quality and safety concerns
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work in a plastic injection molding environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise
• Must follow all required safety and security procedures
