Products we supply and manufacturer include a vast range of computer monitor and TV mounts, TV carts, projector screens and mounts, height-adjustable desks, stand to sit desk mounts, computer cases, network cable and other miscellaneous categories.
We have an opening for 40 hours/week between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday - Friday.
What You'll Be Doing:Core Responsibilities
As our Refurbishment Specialist, you will manage the full product return cycle with a focus on maximizing value:
- Product Evaluation & Restoration:
Process returned products, thoroughly evaluating their condition to determine whether they should be refurbished to "New," "Used (X)," or recycled. - Quality Refurbishment:
Execute hands-on restoration tasks, meticulously cleaning, repairing, and repackaging products. You will ensure the final product meets or exceeds customer expectations and matches the appearance of original packaging. - Logistics & Inventory Support:
Assist with the organization and movement of returned product pallets. Maintain the inventory of spare boxes and request necessary parts from the Parts team to complete refurbishment projects. Assist with unloading shipping containers of new products on a regular basis. - Efficiency and Profitability:
Prioritize workflow based on the profitability of products. Look for and implement ways to improve the efficiency of the refurbishment process daily.
Qualifications Must-Haves
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Physical Ability:
Must be comfortable standing. The ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently is required. - VIVO Values: A commitment to core values such as Integrity (trustworthy character) and Initiative (proactive work ethic).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
- Current or applicable Forklift certification.
- Familiarity with Google applications (Gmail, Google Drive).
Full Time
Salary:$17.00/hour
Schedule:Flexible between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Monday - Friday
