The Marketing Multimedia Specialist will lead the creation of engaging visual content, including photography, video, and graphic design, for both print and digital platforms. They will support broader Marketing and Sales initiatives such as trade shows and events, working cross-functionally to produce cohesive marketing assets. This role is ideal for a creative, organized individual passionate about marketing and visual storytelling within an industrial environment.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics for print and digital advertising campaigns that align with brand standards.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms like Linked In, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and You Tube to drive audience engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Content Specialist on the visual elements of articles, blog posts, and other written content.
- Update and maintain company PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral to reflect current branding and messaging.
- Manage and produce the monthly internal newsletter and quarterly customer newsletter, coordinating with internal stakeholders for relevant updates.
- Produce and edit short- and long-form videos for social media, website content, and event presentations.
- Assist in tradeshow preparation, including planning and organizing logistics, booth design, shipping materials, and attending events as needed.
Skills and Abilities
- High level of creativity and passion for storytelling through visual and multimedia content
- Strong familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
- Experience with video production and post-production editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of CRM and marketing automation software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Basic familiarity with CMS tools (Word Press experience a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinker who can work both independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing objectives
- Availability to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer events, or marketing initiatives (approximately up to 15%)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or multimedia content creation
- Prior experience in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments a plus
