As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the helm of all things demand generation. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days/week onsite in Naperville) where you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the product and leadership teams to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement – what matters most is your ability to think strategically, act tactically, and own the full-funnel marketing process.

This role is on site in Naperville 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive demand generation strategy across digital, content, email, paid, events, and partner channels
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns to attract and nurture leads through the buyer journey
  • Develop and manage a scalable lead scoring and nurturing process in partnership with sales
  • Work closely with sales to align on ICP, messaging, and MQL/SQL definitions and handoff processes
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing KPIs using tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Manage paid media strategy (Linked In, Google Ads, etc.) to target decision-makers and influencers in the B2B healthcare space
  • Partner with content and design resources (in-house or outsourced) to create compelling assets – whitepapers, landing pages, case studies, etc.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in B2B demand generation
  • Support trade shows, webinars, and virtual events to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Own the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution across all initiatives

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on demand generation
  • Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver results
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
