In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van projecten die bijdragen aan een veilige en inclusieve werkomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams en de diversiteitsraad om bewustwording te creëren en gedragsverandering te stimuleren. Met een directe rapportagelijn aan de directie kun je snel en effectief initiatieven nemen.
