Sign-on bonus of $2500 for Full Time, and $1250 for Part Time.

Must have current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.

The primary purpose of the RN is to provide quality nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing functions performed by Certified Nursing Assistants. The RN coordinates all aspects of a resident’s care with other disciplines in the facility. Responsibilities adhere to Federal and State regulations.

• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
• Review medication orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Transcribe physician orders.
• Document resident information and notify physicians and families as needed.
• Assist in Admission/Discharge processes.
• Complete accident/incident reports and follow up investigations.
• Participate in care planning and conferences, updating as needed.
• Maintain good rapport with all disciplines to ensure resident needs are met.
• Interact tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and agencies.
• Participate in continuing education programs.
