Key Accountabilities- Assessment and diagnosis
- Outcomes identification
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence‑based practice
- Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
- Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
- During procedures the nurse will function in one of three roles: circulating, scrub, or patient monitoring nurse for sedation cases. During the post‑operative phase, the nurse will function with distinct competencies for the post‑anesthesia or recovery phase.
- 8‑hour shifts, 32 hours per week
- Day shift: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- On‑call rotation for weekend, holiday and night hours with a 30‑minute response time

General RequirementsRegistered Nurse in Illinois;
Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year
Associate’s Degree in Nursing
CompensationPay Range: $34.38 – $51.57 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
