Registered Nurse or LPN will:

• Be responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of the patients/residents on her/his assigned unit during a given period of time
• Be responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to him/her
• Adhere to the nursing standards of care for the department
• Work closely with all members of the Professional Team, Medical Staff, patients/residents, and their families
• Work under the direction of the Unit Manager, House Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
