Schedule: Full-time | 3×12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000!

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our Emergency Department team. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your career in a supportive, close‑knit environment, this is your chance to shine!
Duties- Accurately triage patients and prioritize care based on physical and psychological needs
- Perform thorough assessments and re‑evaluations as conditions change
- Communicate effectively with providers and team members for timely interventions
- Administer medications, manage IVs and central lines, and monitor diagnostic results
- Document care accurately and efficiently
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and patient‑centered environment
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (new grads welcome!)
- Current RN license in the State of Illinois
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
- TNCC preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
