• Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs.
• Administer medications & treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate medical records & assist with physician rounds.
• Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with all aspects of resident care, including wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License, unencumbered, State of IL.
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Experience in Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing (Preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.
