Allure is looking for CNAs for our float pool. Positions include PRN, Full Time, and Part Time with up to 12 hour shifts available.

Beginning September 1st, the facility will be renovating the breakroom with free snacks and drinks, a flat‑screen TV, gaming system, ping‑pong table, and comfortable seating. Employees will receive one free meal per day and monthly events.
Allure is looking for compassionate and caring Nursing Assistants who are interested in making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for offering quality of life services. The ideal candidate is a compassionate professional with discretion and ideally prior experience in a long‑term care facility. We seek employees committed to quality care.
Examples of Nursing Assistant responsibilities:
- Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting, and showering.
- Respond immediately to calls from residents and alert nurses of any change in conditions.
- Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and maintain physical strength.
- Replace linens on beds and assist residents with keeping rooms clean and maintaining a clean environment each day.
- Possess and maintain a current, unrestricted CNA license.
- CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
- Tuition reimbursement.
