• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid CNA license in the state of Illinois.

You will support patients and nursing teams, ensuring comfort and quality care.

• Prepare rooms for admissions.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Document patient health issues, vital signs, and report to the nurse on duty.
• Assist nursing teams to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
