Position DetailsPay Range: $29.00–$33.00/hr (based on licensure, experience & education)
Shift Differential: +$3.00/hr for overnights
Schedule: Full-Time, 12-hour shifts (3 days/week) with every other weekend off
Sign on Bonus: Full-Time Overnights - $5,000

What You’ll Do- Complete nursing intake assessments, triage clients, and assist with detox treatment plans
- Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status
- Administer medications, vaccines, and necessary treatments
- Process labs and communicate results
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Respond to medical concerns or emergencies with confidence and compassion
- Support clients emotionally and clinically through detox and stabilization
- Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team
- Communicate with families when appropriate and provide education
- Coordinate with hospitals during transfers, including nurse-to-nurse communication
- Maintain medical supply inventory
- Participate in trainings and staff meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
- Valid LPN license in the State of Illinois
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stay calm and organized during fast-paced moments
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Compassion, professionalism, and a desire to help people
- Experience with SUD/MH is great but not required. We’ll train you!
