Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure top‑quality resident care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Complete accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Conduct daily rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
- Foster a safe, clean, and comforting environment
- Active LPN license in Illinois
- Ability to meet state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
- A heart for senior care and a team‑first mindset
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
