Up to $2,730 (based on experience)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and document patients progress and response to treatment using Medhost charting system.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management strategies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Deliver care that meets hospital quality and compliance standards, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Illinois Required
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Required
• Minimum of 3 years of Med/Surg experience Required
• Completion of at least 2 prior travel assignments Required
