Full time staff members who elect to decline benefits (holiday pay, PTO, and insurance) have the opportunity to add $3.00 to their base rate.

Location: 1455 Hospital Rd, Silvis, IL, 61282

This position provides each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by supervisors.

• Must possess, as a minimum, a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state
• Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
