Assistant Director of Nursing

The Springs at Monarch Landing, a 5-Star Premier Community, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our exceptional team. If you have a strong background in skilled nursing and geriatric care—and you’re passionate about leading, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff—this is the perfect opportunity for you. This position works Monday through Friday, with a rotating weekend on-call.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Proven managerial experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting

• Competitive salary: $105,000–$115,500 annually
