Base pay range

$28.00/hr – $34.00/hr

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide individualized and compassionate care at a Haven Healthcare affiliated facility. Each facility’s skilled clinical and therapy teams deliver specialized services centered around the resident’s specific needs, interests, and capabilities, ensuring a safe and smooth recovery process. Requirements
  • Nursing license required by the state.
  • Ability to work every other weekend.
  • Compliance with state health‑care worker background check requirements.
  • Positive and respectful relationship with residents and visitors.
  • Capability to undertake diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress.
  • Energetic, professional, and reliable.
Responsibilities
  • Direct the day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
  • Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer per facility policy.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
  • Make daily rounds of unit and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
