Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for per diem night shifts in the LOH Geropsych unit located in Naperville, IL.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to geriatric psychiatric patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and coping strategies.
- Strong clinical skills in geriatric psychiatric nursing.
- Critical thinking and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication with patients, families, and team members.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.
