• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.

You assist RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery.

Responsibilities include:

• Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
• Patient observation.
• Perform specific procedures—reading and recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, running other diagnostic tests.
• Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
