As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will support and conduct the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will provide 24‑hour supervision of nursing services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations. When the DON is absent, the ADON assumes responsibility for clinical operations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• A minimum of two years in a nursing supervisory role preferred.
• Passion for working with seniors and a flexible, energetic personality.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
